Cancellation & Refund Policy

QMA Consultants believes in assisting its clients as genuinely as possible, but NO Refund is available once registered for our services. Under this NO Refund policy: Repeat request can be will be considered solely at the discretion of QMA Consultants, provided the same is raised immediately upon some discrepancy.
QMA Consultants does not accept cancellation requests for any of its services once subscribed by the client upon a careful thinking
However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of service is too bad with a valid explanation, subject to its acceptance by the Service provider.
The request will, however, be entertained once the service provider has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the service, or response as the case may be.
In case you feel that the service or the response received is not as as per the subject, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding services, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the QMA Consultants, it’ll take 16-30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
